How do I Reserve My Cabin:
Click here to visit our travel partner. A deposit of $500 is required and final payment is due by July 2025
Do I have to Fly to Seattle?:
Yes! Or drive...but these arrangements need to be made on your own. The cruise price does NOT include airfare or transportation to and from Seattle.
Where do I fly into?
SeaTac (Seattle-Tacoma) Airport. We HIGHLY recommend you fly in the night before we sail. The ship will not wait for any airline delays.
How do I get to the Pier?
The most convenient option is Seattle Express shuttle service. Uber is always an option also but the shuttle drops you off closer (so we are told.)
What does Double Occupancy mean?
Rates are per person - with two people occupying a room. Yes, you must have two people in your room for each of you pay the per person rate.
What if I am travelling solo?
Solo travelers have two options: You can either register and tell us that you are willing to room with another cruiser. Or you can pay the double amount (minus the extra taxes) and have your own room.
What if my spouse/guest wants to go but doesn't want to attend the conference?
Your spouse or guest is more than welcome to join you, even if they don't plan to attend the education sessions. Many have found that just being in the fun and engaging atmosphere can spark an interest in real estate investing. However, please note that all attendees, regardless of conference participation, are required to pay the conference fee.
Do I have to be a member to attend?
Nope! This event is open to the public.

Can I bring children?
Children aged 13 and older are welcome to join the conference and evening dinners. While younger children are welcome to enjoy the cruise, we kindly ask that they do not attend the conference sessions or nightly dinners. This ensures a focused and engaging experience for all attendees.

Airfare/Transportation to and from the ship, Specialty Dining options on-board, Spa/Salon Services, Gambling, Shore Excursions, Photos, Wifi/Internet/Telephone, Laundry, Alcoholic Beverages
